This 100T/H stone production line is designed by Yifan engineers according to customer's requirements and geographical conditions of Indonesia . This production line consists of a  GZT vibrating feeder,a PE jaw crusher ,a SMH cone crusher ,4-layer YK vibrating screens and conveyor belt etc.

Last week ,another 100TPH stone production line purchased by Indonesia arrived Shanghai port and completed the delivery .On this shipment ,there are jaw crusher ,cone crusher ,vibrating feeder ,vibrating screen ,conveyor belt included .It is designed by engineers from Zhengzhou Yifan Machinery Co. according to customer's requirements and geographical conditions of Indonesia. This production line consists of a GZT vibrating feeder,a PE jaw crusher ,a SMH cone crusher ,4-layer YK vibrating screen and conveyor belt etc.

Since the output should reach 100TPH , in order to realize the required granularity , we chose 69-type Jaw crusher for preliminary crusher, and midplane cone crusher for secondary crushing , furthermore ,we equipped 4-layer vibrating screen to gain five different finished materials so that can meet different standards in various industries .

The completion of this 100TPH stone production line in Indonesia indicates that Yifan has strong research and development strength in the field of crushing and screening . This is not the first production line in Indonesia ,surely not the last one either .This is a return for our insist in "going-out" strategy ,and it is just a start.
